My guide to the teams

Mercedes: Man City of F1 used to be kinda meh but signed a massive superstar and became unbeatable and hasn’t lost a team title since 2014 and has arguably the GOAT of the sport Sir Lewis Hamilton

Redbull: The Young title fighter kinda new relative to other F1 teams but they pack a one two punch and always ready to go for it. They’re big highlight was 4 years of domination from 2010 to 2013

Ferrari: The Real Madrid, man utd, NY Yankees of F1. Titles in every direction superstars in the line historically the GOAT team however recently they’re like Man U constantly failing despite bring rich as fuck

Alpine: Formally Renault is old blood in F1 constant midfield team that had two good title runs but almost never give their youngsters a chance and it can get annoying

Mclaren: Historically Ferrari main rival Only Ferrari beats them in terms of titles their currently middle of the pack after a few nightmare season in the mid 2010’s but their rebuilding nicely

Alpha tauri: Aka RedBull B this is Redbull youth team were they give two potential drivers a shot at F1 and see if their good for the main stage and maybe the main team. Very mid team.

Alfa Romero: Formally Sauber They’ve been in the game a while typically used a famers team for young talent but they’re good at it giving alot of big names they’re first shot of the sport. Mid to low team most of the time.

Haas: AMERICA FUCK YEAH. (Although based mostly in UK bur officially in USA). Haas is big underdog of F1 with a meme king leader in Guenther Steiner. They’re a team barely getting by money wise and they have had a couple of bizarre sponsors in the past but everyone loves them.

Williams: sigh this one is sad. Williams is one of those legacy teams like Ferrari and Mclaren. In the 70,80,90s Williams was A FORCE 9 title and iconic names drove for this team Senna, Hill, etc. however in recent year they’ve fall back back and back. Today they can still get a good points result but it’s still sad to see such a historic team struggle.

Aston Martin: New kids the block formally racing point and own by a Canadian billionaire whose son is on of the drivers. Aston Martin is a team who talks big but yet to prove it. Currently they struggle but who knows what will happen with the new money coming into the team.

+1 sun…I just recently started watching and learning about F1, it’s got me hooked. This video definitely helped me understand, especially the tyre bit. It’s rare finding people in the States that like to watch F1.

I'm new, I only started watching cause so many drivers look like boyband members.

Great video, all I'd say is its more about how F1 works for now (or 2020) rather than any actual History of F1 like the title suggests. Would've been good to give new fans some context about the teams I.e how Williams and Mclarens used to be the teams to beat in the 80s/90s, Alpha in the 50s, Lotus in the 60s and maybe mentioned Fangio, Prost etc. But Maybe that should all be in a separate video. As I say though, great job and a great video.

"2 litre 750cc engine" seems like an odd way of saying 2.75 litre or 2750cc.
