Cannot start the ps4 solution [no data loss]

This solution saves data but in my previous vedieo of 2019 for this prob can cause u data loss but that totally works for every one💪. If you guys end up fixing it or it won’t fix there is a high chance your harddrive in your ps4 need to be replaced and it should be cheap and easy to do

This doesn't do anything for me. I have already lost all my data, about 6 saved games and one I was close to completing, and now it just runs up to 100 percent, takes me to the ps4 logo, then nothing but a black screen. If I have to initialize this thing again I'm going to lose my mind, I just started playing again after I lost everything a few years ago after a system update. Now it just screwed up out of the blue, and I've tried everything. I was just about to get a PS paid subscription just so I could back up my games and now this. I'm about to say good bye to Sony, but I already bought so many games. This sucks!!!!?
