Sonic the Hedgehog 2006 - Final Story (Final Boss & Ending)

Time and better resource management, if they had both of these this game would’ve been a fucken masterpiece for it’s time. Too bad we’ll never get the same caliber of story telling like this again.

Frontiers is decent, definitely the best in a while, but sweet Jesus does it have its flaws.

Even though i watched the gameplay and never played it myself, i still don't know why sonic 06 is hated

Say what you will about Sonic 06, but I loved this game. It was my introduction to the world of Sonic the Hedgehog, I enjoyed the storylines(for the most part, Elise was always weird), I enjoyed the music, but while the Princess was weird, the ending that they have at the very end is heartbreaking, and the song only adds to it.

I honestly want Sega to remaster this game and make sure it's fully completed.

Solaris Phase 2 is easily the best Final Boss theme in all of the franchise

I don’t care what the others players said about this awesome game of Sonic. For me, it was the greatest game I’ve ever played.

Now that i played P-06 i can safely say that if given enough time this game would have been phenomenal! Everything even the story was really good. The only 3 things i would change about the story is first... Better voice direction. The voice cast for the characters are probably some of the best we've had in the series (except maybe Rouge and Omega). But the direction was pretty bad. The characters most of the time sound lifeless and lots of quotes are downright cringe sometimes. Second is a personal opinion of mine but the names of the main bad guys need to be changed. Villans like Mephailes are one of the best we've had in the franchise compare to Zavok or Infinite. But the name is a little too dark in my opinion. I get that he's a bad guy and all but this is a Sonic game not Dark Souls or Final Fantasy. And i'm not saying that they should remove the dark tone of the game because Sonic adventure 1 had a very dark tone but the Villan was just name Chaos. A simple and straight foward name. But Mephailes? That belongs in Elder Ring or something. They should of went with a less dark name but still sounding like a Villan. And third... Remove that kiss scene! Like everything would of been just as fine and nothing would have changed at all without Elise kissing Sonic. It's so unnecessary and I have no idea why Sonic Team thought it was a good idea. But everything else is absolutely amazing! The story and lots of character moments were extremely well done! The story straight up feels like an anime! Just like the Adventure games before it! This game might as well be the true Sonic Adventure 3!

Out of everything in this game, I always like to play the last episode at sundown. Why it is it's because I find it epic playing the last episode at the night time while this part of the game is dark and tense.

I understand why people did not like this game however i think it did a lot of great things and the OST is straight fire. I enjoyed this game for what it was.

I know this game sucks, but you can't say that the final boss sucks it was amazing.

I wonder why the red emerald never once made an appearance until the Solaris cutscene

Honestly, if you got this far in Sonic 06, this is for sure the best part of the game.

This cutscene does the same thing as frontiers but, It's better than a 2022 game.

Sonic's death would've been emotional if it was just done right.

Awesome Video! As Sonic is a LOZ fan this game is Sonic's Version of Ocarina Of Time. Which makes Mephiles Sonic's version of Ganondorf, Elise Sonic's version of Zelda, Ibilis, Sonic's version of Volvagia, and Silver Sonic's Version of Rauru The Sage Of Light.

The fact this final boss, like Metal Overlord in Sonic Heroes, needed THREE Super Transformation characters to fight, and yet, can actually DAMAGE them, is all-time crazy.

In the end it feels like sonic does remember everything that happened.

If the game was completed as intended and the romance between Sonic and Elise was never a thing, I think this game would've been phenomenal
