ОтветитьA wonderful video showing a wonderful Qigong exercise. Jeffrey has the ability and talent to teach and show how to do the exercise in such a simple and easy to understand way. Personally I have been doing this every day, except when circumstances forbid, for the last 3 years or more and can honestly say, its a life changer. Thanks and gratitude.
ОтветитьHello from India, Mumbai. My lower back muscles are very weak, also full body muscles are weak , to many times I suffer with muscle spasm in my back and I cry. Can this excercise help me to make my back muscles strong ? I am very thankful to your answer sir.,🙏🙏🙏

ОтветитьThis is wonderful. Thanks you. Is there a traditional name for this?
ОтветитьI am an acupuncturist who practices Tai chi and Qi Gong. I share this simple Qigong breathing exercise with my patients and friends. I tell them if they only do this one exercise mindfully and keep increasing the time, they can stay healthy. Of course, it's nice to do more but the idea is mindfulness. I use this between patients and when I need some energy. Very simple and powerful!
ОтветитьThank you. I am 72 and just beginning Qigong. I love your energy and teaching style 🙏💜💜💜
ОтветитьThankyou this centres me for the day .ready to embrace what life has for me

ОтветитьI could feel a difference after a few minutes of just the opening. Thanks for giving us something so basic and effective.
ОтветитьThanks so much 💞
ОтветитьJust found your channel. It is going to be a new feeling to have a "gut feeling". A true and personal connection with my gut feeling. For 23 weeks I have been clearing my intestines of the unwanted ones. Taking wonderful healing herbs from the plant kingdom to help me. It has been a long journey. Ever want to know if you need to do this too? Take a coffee enema. Organic light roast 3 tbsp, distilled water 1 liter, made like coffee cooled to body temp. A few droppers of food grade hydrogen peroxide to keep it perfectly sterile. yes, you will know after a few treatments.
May we all stay blessed during these difficult times
wow, thank you I just did it I feel this pulsating feeling in my body and hands!
ОтветитьThankyou
Ответить☺️🙏 thank you so much.
🇮🇳
I have been a skeptical person for my entire life, I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder with bipolar depression. QiGong works, and I never would have believed it. It's free, you have nothing to lose but the ball and chain of expensive pharmaceutical drugs that imprison your mind, if you are self doubting, anxious, sad, angry, suicidal or anything that you believe is out of your control, it is not, to practice QiGong and focus your Qi will be life changing. I've been in hospitals, on the edge of giving in to those thoughts and hopeless. And after the first time, I immediately felt in control. Acknowledge your negative feelings, accept them and release them to be replaced by the beauty that is all around you.
ОтветитьGreat stuff!
ОтветитьI just did this video exercise today & it was very helpful, rejuvenating & relaxing. Thank you for sharing this gem with us brother. 🙏

ОтветитьThank you so much for this! I'm signed up in a couple Qigong programs and I just couldn't wrap my head around the opening exercise, but you explained it easy and well :)
