When I open my WhatsApp and play a voice note then it happens

My phone works fine when unlocked, after i lock it for 10 seconds it freezes on a black screen and its impossible to unlock it except for the long press reboot, does anyone have an idea how to stop it from freezing because it is annoying to reboot the phone every time i wanna unlock it.

Ive also noticed if i play music and lock my phone it does not encounter this problem.

Tried these steps, definnitely a hardware isssue, i found if i held the bottom left of my redmi note 11e TIGHT! the screen functioned as normal... only 4 month old phone

Mine got a good tumble in the washing machine. Which is why it eventually got to a black screen. After 2 months of use tho.
