A variation I do. If possible each student gets a pool noodle. First runner carries 1 and passes to next runner who carries his noodle and 1st runners noodle. Then 3rd has to carry all 3. 4th has to run with all 4. Adds some humor and strategy. I also do this with my baseball team and passing gloves instead of noodles.
ОтветитьGood for exercising
ОтветитьI play the same game with a foam dodgeball. The player running tries to hit any other player ahead of them. They can either touch the player with the ball or throw the ball. When a player is hit, the round stops and the player who hit someone gets a point for his team. Then start a new round.
The player running can only run one lap at a time. After your lap is completed, you must give/pass the the ball to the next player in line.
This fame is called "Ball Chase" and I got it from Jason Dunham.
This has been a hit with grades 1-4! Thanks again!

Ответитьwhat tool do you use to create your videos?
ОтветитьIm going to start using this as another warm-up activity to go along with class jogging and relay racing. Love the simplicity and fact that its non-competitive unless you make it.
ОтветитьWhat program do you use? I really like it a lot
