ОтветитьI did seated exercises several times a week with my 96 year old mom who lived with us for 7 years. The last 1 1/2 years she was on oxygen and we would drag the line down the hall and into the living room ...you both remind me of my time with her. Now 4 years later I am the one needing the slower exercises and will build myself up one video at a time...a wonderful mom and daughter team! Thank you.

Thanks for this quick and motivating video! I had ZERO desire to workout this morning when I came across this. It’s just the right tempo for when I lack motivation. By the end, I was doing a light jog and feeling accomplished and ready for work! Also, I get to be on time since it was only 10 minutes 🤗

I came across your excellent exercise videos a couple of months ago and have set myself to doing a variety of them first thing every morning. I love the way they wake me up and get me functioning for the day ahead. They are so well presented and easy to follow. I love the way you and your Mum work together. Congratulations on your award just seen on Fox news. You deserve it. Well done 👏

ОтветитьI thought that I'd lost my mobility for good, but I haven't! It's been a case if use it or lose it for me, and I lost a lot due to cervical spine issues. Fortunately, I now know that that loss isn't necessarily permanent.
I particularly like this routine, and it soon loosened up some stiff and neglected muscles.
