Pure scum.
Some people think scamming people is “them is winning “.
They are making America great again. 😢
They are the REAL leaches on our society.
People that do this to others are brave souls. One thing I learned is never mess with another man’s money.
ОтветитьLol bro, he changed job order last minute. You showed up to work, hr is cussing. i would of said that second listen man we are leaving f u back or whatever you said. I see and end BS immediately because of you dont ppl like him will keep testing boundaries f around n purposly waste your time. Lol vouple grand profit aint worth it. If people dont want you there wtf r i foing there bro? I have walked away from plethora of jobs and guess what im still getting mass referrals, om dtill foing great. If you want to be truly free and at peace forget the dollar signs its just a number.
ОтветитьAny contracts signed with the revisions after your initial bid?
And I just have to ask… is this guys name Gil/Gilbert/Gus.
Reminds me of a dude in San Clemente pulls similar shady sninanagans.
I shared your video
ОтветитьHe's trying to get a free yard. Sue him!!
ОтветитьDude probably didn’t pay the pool guys either.
ОтветитьIt happens all over the world mate. Get a deposit. Have a short contract that you can point out to arsholes like the one you had that they will not carry out harassment of staff , unreasonable demands and requests. If people are inclined to be like that , they will move on to find a easier victim . In my 40 years as a certifying Plumber / Drainlayer you learn to have some things in place to protect your self from Crooks. But some times you can’t get away from people that are just mean , unfortunately it’s the cost of being in business. Good luck mate.
ОтветитьWhat a do.... , people are like this and what's crazy is that they get away with it these are scam artist!
ОтветитьRRRRUUUUUNNNNNNN
ОтветитьThis is why I always ask for a 50% deposit. Sorry this happened to you bro. Always blows my mind when I see customers like this
ОтветитьLooks like this POS made. You guys do all the work so he could just hire two finishers cash on the side when everything‘s already laid down and he just have to pay a concrete truck about 1500 bucks to poor 10 yards or more depending how big this is, he saved himself a bunch of money from stealing from you. This is jacked up. I hope you put a mechanics lien on his property.
ОтветитьBro always collect % of $ before % of work. If owner dont do that its a big warning sign. Just walk away. Walk away any moment when you dont feel right on a job. Get a lawyer to fire them. Its better to hv less job less headache than working with bad clients. Its complete robbery when owner dont pay or GC dont do what they paid for. Should be a felony
Ответить👍👍👮♂️👮♂️👍👍
ОтветитьDuring COVID, I finally decided to include in my contract agreements that jobs would be divided into incremental steps, and separate payments would be required upon the completion of each incremental step, along with 20% of total costs up front. I have lost a few customers because of this, but I think I've prevented a lot of payment headaches as well.
ОтветитьI won 😂🎉
ОтветитьAlways write up a contract with all the legal bindings and get a signature and witness as well as a video of the person signing. If they refuse, time to say goodbye.
ОтветитьI did a lot of house painting years back. I was hired to paint a bathroom for this woman who turned out to be absolutely nuts. Rude, condescending, bigoted, and just not mentally stable. Long story as to how the job went but It ended with her telling me to get out of her house. I said sure no problem I think that’s best. She initially offered to pay me for my time when I had finished cleaning up. So I finish and she tells me to come grab the check from her, and used it as another opportunity to throw more digs at me, but at least I had the check in hand at this point. She said everything she could to cut me down, told me I’d never make it in the world. I just stayed calm, said “well I’m sorry it didn’t work out”. She said I really needed to develop a work ethic, I said “I’ll be just fine but thanks for your concern”. Then she screamed at me for interrupting her and swung a roll of paper towels in my face. I couldn’t help but smile a little, it was funny looking. I said “ok, now it’s time for me to go.” She then told me I wasn’t going anywhere(even though she initially kicked me out)because an “elder” was speaking to me and I had to listen. I just said no, I don’t have to stay here and listen to you, goodbye. This woman literally screamed after me calling me anything she could think of as I walked away. Then blew up my phone with texts and said she cancelled the check(wasn’t surprised)I never responded or spoke to her again. But her husband, who was a great guy, put his foot down and said No, we are definitely paying him for his time. So wasn’t a total waste, but that was my first and last experience with a complete psycho. Sorry, that ended up being a long story! Point is it sounds like you stayed calm and professional, good for you. I did too even though that memory of her is burned in my brain now. They are learning experiences if nothing else
ОтветитьDrop the address of that sack of shite. I’m sure he will love to replace window panes once a week.
ОтветитьJust file a lien on the property!
ОтветитьHe's a scammer
ОтветитьWhy didn’t you just go back and dig it all up?
ОтветитьNo honor, typical of newer generation! I hope you prevail!
ОтветитьThe “Inspectioner” ? Lol
ОтветитьContact authorities and report the lack of standards on the electrical and gas. Make them dig it up again!!
ОтветитьBlast his companies name
ОтветитьThe few times I’ve gone behind another painter like myself I charge more and make sure it’s written down. There is a 50/50 chance it the homeowner.
ОтветитьEven though the video is sped up, i didn't see any mistake,it looks like a high quality job to me, especially the fact that you have to tie into existing work, looking forward to part two
ОтветитьHave a drain to slope up! There’s a clue in the word, it’s gravity! Nothing slopes up un assisted!
ОтветитьClass job
ОтветитьSome people just live to screw over hard working people good job hope you get paid or rip it up 👍
ОтветитьYou know what you do when they won't pay. Rip out all your work, and leave a mess for them.
ОтветитьWe had people putting solar panels on our roof. We realized the took one of trash cans that we'd just gotten a month before.. it's a $60 trash can.
They had the exact same one..thats why it got loaded intot heir truck. My husband sent them a screenshot showing on our camera they loaded 2 into there truck the first day.
They got it back to us ..but my husband stayed respectful.
We dont care they used it. We cared they took it😂😂
I am curious, Can you charge 2/3s up front for work. We are building a house and all our contractors want half or more ahead of doing the job.
ОтветитьThis customer is the type to do this regularly, that’s why he is out there being a pest - to get as much info to complain about.
ОтветитьDid you not have a draw schedule where you take 50% upfront another 25 when you’re 50% done 20% on your 75% done leaving only 5% for the final payment . I’ve been stiff once or twice and we change the way we do our business if they have an issue with that payment schedule I don’t take the job, it’s too costly. 90%of my work is word-of-mouth so we’ve been lucky so far but in terms of being stiffed I can’t stand people who watch people work their asses off all day long planning to rob them because that’s what it is robbery it’s despicable. I hope it worked out well for you Godspeed.
ОтветитьPut his name out there to protect future contractors !!!!
ОтветитьProgress payments
ОтветитьThe reason these people can exist is because society does not expose them but instead allows them to keep on living life as a cunt.
Don't just post these videos start sharing the Clients details with fellow contractors... make a central database of clients who scam!
As a small business owner, I feel for you…stealing from your family is deplorable.
ОтветитьCan’t stand people like this who try to find any excuse not to pay. They’ve been like that all their lives I’m thinking. Karma will catch up with them!
ОтветитьSeeing him in flip flops was my first clue he was a clown. Put a lien on his house and give his company bad reviews on any site you can find
ОтветитьIt sucks that there are people out there scamming contractors who work hard and do the right thing. Take his ass to court!
ОтветитьHire him to do a job but make it on a vacant property but say it's yours.
ОтветитьPerfect rebar grid.
ОтветитьIf I didnt get paid, his knee caps belong to me and Im taking them with me
ОтветитьJust tear it out
ОтветитьYou could have change-ordered the hell out of him for all of the inefficiencies and change requests that he made. I'm not sure how the project was contracted, but if normal best management practices were used in terms of contracting you should have a solid position. I'd evaluate my lien options.
ОтветитьI've had a skidsteer loader business for 28 years. I have worked on 100's of pools and have never had a problem like you. People who are not in this line of work can not fathen how hard this job was. Such a tight area is nerve-racking. Plus, there was so much handwork, and the mini skidsteer could have easily hit the side of that man's house. Some people will always complain no matter what. I hope you got paid. I've had to get mechanic leans, take to the asses front door. I let the homeowner know that their home can never be sold until the individual pays me. 1 time I kept the lean on the home for 2 years. and charge an extra $1,000 interest. The homeowner begged me to lift. I won that war.
ОтветитьI knew a Matco tool distrubitor havd a driveway and sidewalks poured he had cement ordered from Robertsons ready mix another Matco tool drivers Wife was office manager for Robertsons he had cement poured they go to collect money at his front door only to not get a response hiding inside luxury home with his luxury 40 foot southwind motorhome all can see was luxurious grandfather clock thru window what a crook he never did pay he had his tool truck stolen thrown off mountain road for ins payout so at least i hope you got paid people can be evil no good pricks
