I broke my ankle 4 months ago but i am still limping and it pains. Doc said to exercise and walk, can i do this?

I have your program Strong Feet Level 1 and there are slightly different exercises. No heel raise walks or supinated lounges. Hmm confused now what to do.

And too, for those with TMJ, in many cases - especially severe cases, end up with a forward head posture. This affects the neck, spine, hips, legs/knees and ankles, resulting in one or both ankles pronating. Work on that posture and stand erect whether you have TMJ or not.

Love your videos. Does swollen feet, ankles and legs damage the nerves and muscles of the feet and ankles? Since my feet and ankles began to swell, due to sitting doing homework all day, my ankles feel weak and sore; the bottom of my feet are sore; and my lower back is in excruciating pain when I go for a walk. What do you think? I will buy your foot program after I finish school. I didn't get any extra financial aid for books, and I am a full-time student; income from training benefits program. I'd like to if my newly acquired swollen feet & ankles have damaged my foot/ankle nerves and muscles? Thank you for your wonderfully educational videos and your time and understanding. ciao!

Solution is to just switch to barefoot shoes/boots and never look back. I broke my ankle a few years ago snowboarding and for those years to now, my ankle was hella unstable and painful. 8 months now of barefoot boots (Vivobarefoot ESC, tracker 2 and Xero Alpine) and my ankle is stronger than ever and my feet are as strong as when I was a surf bum in California.

I've been running barefoot through wilderness and rocky deserts for years, and I must say that my ankles are practically indestructible.
Even if I need to drop 10 feet to get to the next rock, any pain sustained from the shock is gone in a couple of minutes.

This is very underated information .. many of us aren't aware we are using bad posture and wonder why we have pain .. also learning to keep your feet ankles and joints strong and flexible is key to maintaining our youth as we age

So for patents with CAIS i usually push for proprieceptive exercises used in BESS testing extending them as exercises. Good demo. Well researched.
