ОтветитьIf somebody is so stressed for prolonged periods that they cannot sleep enough, if at all, and they just can't change the situation which caused it or continues it, what neurological chemicals would need to be altered in order just for the brain to put the body into sleep?
ОтветитьAmazing content :)
ОтветитьWhat about the gaba?
Ответитьso nice, tks!
ОтветитьGreat explanation!
ОтветитьBeing sleepy is not easy for me. I've had chronic insomnia for 26yrs and lost my sleep drive a year ago. Now I'm teaching myself how the brain works in the hope I can help myself.
ОтветитьThanks for this video. So if it takes more work for us to be awake, what if someone is easily tired during things like lectures or meetings? Could that mean they do not have enough histamine, norepinephrine, and acetylcholine?
I wonder. My friend would always mention how easy it is for him to fall asleep in class, top of classes he worked full time too.
Cannabis.
