210 lbs, 5 ft 3 in. I want to lose weight, and I've found that I enjoy pilates 🩷 I will stay consistent this month and see what it brings me.

day 1: ✔ (this is the first pilates workout i've ever done and it was a bit hard on some parts and i took more breaks than i should have but overall i liked it and it felt quite short for 10 mins!)

September 23 :✅ it was not that hard for me since i already have a fit body type. I just found the plank a little bit hard. I already have my ideal weight but im doing this workout to get a more defined body 😅
September 24 : ❎ not done coz i fell sick ://
64kg (w/intermittent fasting)
Day 1: ✅️ did this to make myself feel better, had difficulty with the plank coz my upper body is weak
Day 2: ❌
Day 3: ✅ some parts are still hard, but its relaxing
Day 4: ❌️ tired from school
Day 5: ✅️ decided to do it before going to school (plank is still hard)

Day 1: Absolutely difficult as a 73 kg gal. I don’t have much strength but it was fun to do. I focused more on breathing and slowly doing the workout at my pace. I complétâtes without skipping a step👍
Day 2: it was still difficult to do but had better breathing while still doing the workout at my own pass not skipping a step but seemed a bit easier
So easy to follow! Beginner freindly! Very calming! ❤️❤️❤️

ОтветитьHow long did it take for you guys to see progress? I’m worried at the state I’m starting to work out in, Pilates either won’t work or will be very slow to work. My body’s like skinny-fat, but a little more fat. I’d love to know from others!
Ответитьi’ll try this workout! i’ve done some pilates workouts before long term but i’m getting tired of them and wanted to try something new! i’m skinny to average and try to eat 3 meals everyday with balanced nutritions! i’ll let you know if i see any results! current weight: 53kg

ОтветитьI’ve started this workout on Saturday along with the 7 day Pilates challenge on her playlist (the ones where she workouts in the park and is wearing a black outfit). I think I’m around day 5 today. And honestly it’s going amazing! The first day I struggled really bad, since I didn’t workout for a while. But the second day, it got so much easier, along with the other days :) I know it’s been only 5 days, but I feel so much energy and slightly see a difference. Like my love handles for example, I feel like the fat there kind of slowly is disappearing. I’m also doing a calorie deficit, and eat anything I want. Just watch out for my calories, and in 5 days Ive lost around 0,3 grams which is pretty good :) if anyone wants to I’ll update this in another week, and I’ll make weekly updates. (If I keep up of course) and if I’ll keep it up, i might also post before/ after pics on probably insta! So let me know if anyone wants updates!!

Gonna try do this every day cos I’m very weak and realised I don’t exercise at all
Day 1: was so hard bro I couldn’t even do half the stuff realised I need to work on arm strength most of all. They are literally built like twigs
Day 2: was still really hard, couldn’t even do half the stuff at all, but gonna try carry on
Day 3: surprisingly was actually a lot easiest, maybe because I tried doing it in the morning rather than at night? Hm
Day 4: the plank is so hard I can’t even last 3 seconds on it ugh
Day 5: I’m also really bad at keeping my head up on the first 3 ones 😭😭 feel like my necks about to snap right off
Day 6: idk why but I rllly didn’t want to do it today. Managed about half way and js gave up cs icba who cares if im unfit😂
Since this is the only I can be motivated I am going to be doing a 30 day challenge and comment it no matter how i feel

This workout works so well for me keeps me healthy and maintained, I am an overall slim person, but workout has helped me so much with getting rid of unwanted fat as in tummy or Dubble chin. And it's so quick easy and convenient.

Ответитьi kind of wish she explained how to do the moves because i feel like i didnt move my legs correctly or did the correct movements to a T and i dont want to harm my body
