ОтветитьThat is a very random building you have used to depict Portsmouth.
ОтветитьI think that pre-1965 London also consisted of 32 Boroughs, excluding the City.

ОтветитьI'm fine going to my grave without knowing the answer

ОтветитьEastham and Westham really bollocked it up when they failed to become Ham.
Ответитьthey could have named it chensington
ОтветитьNo mention of Middlesex!!!
ОтветитьYou English use such a wonderful word for all this - peculiar. Certainly not proper.
ОтветитьSo there’s definitely no coincidence that altogether there’s 33 boroughs.
No coincidence at all?
The lengths he goes to for the tiniest gags really impress me.
ОтветитьWe definitely need a video on what goes on at Holborn town hall…
ОтветитьBrent should be renamed "Wembley". That name is much more well known.
ОтветитьFun fact, my city technically does and doesn't have boroughs. The subdivisions are called 'settlements' or 'osiedla', despite there being plenty of different ways to subdivide my city into boroughs. Sulejów, a small city of about 6200, somehow has boroughs of it's own. A big city of about 67000 people, and a small city of about 6200.
ОтветитьThey should've named it tottenham instead of haringey. Not only the population but Tottenham's football team had an english title back then. It now makes even more sense as that team is even more popular and tottenham is home to one of the most famous English artists, Adele.
ОтветитьWhere can I find that mug? I love it
Ответитьit s actually counted as 33 local authorities/councils with greater london authority, says Life in the UK handbook…
Ответитьit s actually counted as 33

ОтветитьHavering needs to be called Romford and Upminster !
It also needs to have a referendum to split off from the GLA , rejoin Essex, and tell the numpties in the GLA where to shove their ULEZ cameras. Just like all the other outer Boroughs need to do, and rejoin their respective former home counties.
Maybe lots of the Outer Greater London Boroughs should have referendums to see if their inhabitants want to leave Greater London, and be joined to their historic counties and tell the numpties in the GLA where to shove their ULEZ cameras.
Ответить32 … is the magic number … yes it is, it’s the number 32.
ОтветитьBecause they had to provide homes for 32 rabbit families.
