I have learnt these techniques recently at Rehasport.
Thank you.
I have hypermobility (EDS) and I can’t seem to get back to normal. So many things have gone wrong and I have so many healed injuries.
ОтветитьSuch a painful pleasure lol in the feet.
ОтветитьTip: you can put two tennis balls in a sock to DIY that peanut thingy!
ОтветитьWhere do you get your balls? Buy?
ОтветитьLove your fun attitude and information! Can’t thank you enough for this helpful info!
ОтветитьThere's a guy in SA who does fascia release..absolutely amazing
ОтветитьThese fascial releases have changed my life - quick and easy, I combine them with the Mcgill 3 to start my day, everyday!
ОтветитьThis acid reflux disease treatment “Aυstin Samupko” (do Go ogle to find it) has brought me outstanding results after only 10 days of continually sticking to the plan. Gastric acid and acid reflux signs that have driven me in pain for a time are finally eventually leaving me permanently.
ОтветитьA few less jokes about your balls would eliminate the dislikes, the rest is cool.
ОтветитьThanks Sir
Ответитьlol ive watched a few dif videos on related topics for the last hour maybe and none of them made me feeeel the relief as he did it even though i wasnt rofl. def the one i needed ty
ОтветитьS P I C Y !!! 🤸♀️💪🙏 Thank you, for healthy fascia tips.
ОтветитьAgreed! A little self-love goes a long way for health and longevity. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьLOL that intro tho hahaha classic
ОтветитьSharing is caring :)
ОтветитьI use a tennis ball and a polo ball for my feet. Lately, a bottle of Limonade rolling on the floor. But, think I have to find those coloured balls and start using them for my neck chest , etc.
Thanks for the video.
Hi There, a little more understanding of anatomy would help you be a more effective guide. The muscle you were working in the butt area was actually your Gluteus Medius. The big ball will not allow you to access Piriformis as it is very deep. You need the lacrosse ball and some time to allow access to this very important structure. It lies in the center of the lateral glutes. If you draw a line from the PSIS to the tailbone then to the greater trochanter back to the Posterior Superior Illiac Spine you will have a triangle. The center of that triangle is where you will find the Piriformis..
ОтветитьNice balls u have there 😆. What if I stick with my roller and use it on all body parts including chest and back? How much will I miss as opposed to using balls?
ОтветитьExcellent! Thank you!
ОтветитьI had a trampoline accident over 12 years ago in which I landed on my neck and shoulders, cutting a long story short I was diagnosed with lumbar stenosis in which the last 5 bones in my spine were crushed,is there any chance this system could help in anyway with my lower back ?
ОтветитьThanks for that Dai. The foot is the one I have been neglecting and it will now be added given that my sole seems to be one huge trigger point at the moment. I bridge onto my traps these days. I also just discovered sitting on a hard chair or bench with the lacrosse ball on my hamstrings and extending the leg. My hamstrings had been hurting me for a while and not responding to stretching.
ОтветитьHoly cow the pain in the shoulder blades is awful. How do u keep persisting when it really hurts?
ОтветитьIt is also more effective when you add Diaphragm breathing to it rather then mouth breathing :-)
ОтветитьDude, you are funny! Great video!
ОтветитьI'm going to try these. Gentle yoga is even too hard for me.
ОтветитьThe balls on the butt 😬😁🤟😅😂
ОтветитьThank you!
ОтветитьWithout knowing been doing this for a couple of months, with tennis balls, I was a little concerned that it'd make the pain worse, so didn't do it too often, now I'll do it everyday, every time I have done it it feels amazing how it releases a lot of pain.
BTW, every time you said "ahhh, that's the spot!"
I was like, I know what you mean man!
For people that suffer with (in my case lower back left leg 24/7 pain) pain, try it out just go slow it takes a little adjustment every time to find the "spot".
Best wishes for those who will try, it's not fun to live with pain.
spikey guy!
ОтветитьHahaha I loved the sound effects:)
ОтветитьNever tell that joke again
ОтветитьHow do you know if you have adhesions? By pain? I have been told have periformis issues and possible psoas spasms on my left. But my right side of back top hip area is sore. Okaynfound sore spots. Can you ever further harm a situation with using a ball? I am assuming it may cause tenderness for awhile? And how many times a day is okay?
ОтветитьBaseball works better.
Ответитьthe peanut massage is gone...... will you be getting more or is there something else i can use in place of it? thanks
ОтветитьYou got me... lol- I stayed to watch the entire video!
ОтветитьYou might want to check the links on your webpage. Everytime I clicked on the massage balls, I got the dreaded "page cannot be found "!
ОтветитьI want to play with your balls 🏀 🧘♀️😀
ОтветитьThat intro 😂
ОтветитьWatched intro and leaving.
