Do you think for example a 6 sec handstand to straddle planche eccentric builds more muscle then a 6 sec straddle planche isometric?

Yh I like this video, this is actually pretty much what I do but I try not to exhaust myself with attempts, they are mainly to learn the form and skill aspect for me.

Fire and the Flame Guitar hero 3 on expert is for sure not natty lol ;) So many golden points here. I like your method of focusing on making skills reppable and pushing the limits here and there to foster strength. Gotta say, when I practiced only statics, I didn't get much, but when I did them dynamically and occasionally attempted the real deal, I made much better progress. Definitely going to keep these in mind for the future!

This channel is so good. Like seriously so so good. I have no idea why it doesn't have the same subs as the other greats like fitnessFAQs and calisthenicsmovement etc. stuff like this deserves a LOT more recognition. I want to thank you personally for everything you have done and still do to help all of us on our journeys. I've been with this channel since it hit 50subs, and I will stay untill it gets a mil. Which it definitely will.
Please keep up the amazing stuff. Your generosity of giving all of this amazing content for free as well... I simply can't tell you how much I and I'm sure a lot of others appreciate you doing this.
Thank you😁🙏

P.s. please keep up the brilliant work😃

Class is in session 😁
Is it fair to say that, more than for hypertrophy reasons, mixing in a variety of basics and skills will make a person more well rounded in their training?

For me basics are always king, not only in Cali but in everything, without the basics you can't do anything else.
Keep up the good work bro and keep creating! All the best! :)

This channel is actually a hidden gem. You cover things that many other channels (especially the mainstream ones) don't. Thanks for the frequent uploads and keep it up!

Basics (Weighted Pull up and Weighted HSPU) to have muscles (Back and shoulders) to learn the front lever + Planche with specific dynamic skills like press / attempts and negative) and after 10 sec of Front lever Hold and 10 Full Planche Hold go to full specific exercises with FL pull up and PL push up this is my process !
