I’m 15 and I tried using a tampon after this, but no matter what position or angle I tried it always hurt and I couldn’t get it to go in, I was fully relaxed but nothing would work. Wtf am I supposed to do. My mom and sister make it sound so easy but my mom WON’T explain to me what I’m doing wrong.

In 40 years of life I’m using it for the first time now😢very nervous and proud! Feeling like a dummies while inserting it! Didn’t know how to use the applicator. I broke it and ended up inserting it in without it. Came across this video just wanted to make sure I’m all good lol

Hey remember that if you're afraid of leaking onto your underwear there's something called "panty liners" which are much cheaper than pads and SUPER thin. They're made to put under a tampon to make sure if anything does leak it will catch it and keep your underwear protected 👍

GUYS! just tried a tampon yesterday and today, I’m 13. it was the best thing ever!! i can’t feel it at ALL. like i feel like i’m not even on my period (well none of that weird feeling of blood) it’s different for everyone but if you’re tired and miserable from the uncomfortable feeling of blood on your pad then try them!! especially if you have sports idk why i never tried it before. yesterday the first time it hurt but then i realized it was because i was putting them in wrong (it fits kind of like angle) and always remember that if it’s not far enough inside then it’ll feel really weird, if you want to try then do it but remember to research first, like what you need to do and how to avoid TSS! (you just can’t have it in more than 7 or so hours) it’s that easy!! good luck girls!

I've been using menstrual cup but it is really difficult for me to take them out so I'm trying to switch to tampons. Can anyone suggest me what is wrong am I doing in taking menstrual cup out. I can take it out on my heavy flow day but in my last 4-5 day it's take an hour and a lot of fingerache to come out.
