When airlines hire pilots I want the best pilots they can find.

Companies should hire qualified candidates that are experienced educated and right fit for the company.

Diversity is about mixing us up to destroy cultures for a one world government agenda. Thats why they are pushing for open borders and dangaling the carrot 🥕 the dollar, pound & euro to draw them in.

In about 1983 I applied and took a test for the US postal Service. The man giving the test explained how they scored. A black female ex military would get extra points for being black, female, and veteran. If she was unmarried with a child more points for each. I figured I could make 100 on the test and she could make 70 and she’d get the job. That was over 40 years ago. Look at the Post Office now .
It could be why the Post Office is losing more and more money every year after over 40 years of these hiring practices !

I can confirm this. I got bad experience with IBM Germany - had to fill out a huge form about diversity, slavery etc. For a small company in Germany it is ridiculous.

I never understood how and why diversity could be good for anyone. As an employer, I want the best candidate to increase the value and quality of the company. As an employee, knowing that I’ve been selected not because the company thinks I’m the best, but because they have a black quota to reach and that they basically have no choice, is condescending and demoralizing at best.
