ОтветитьUse cup=table spoon, then you’ll get a nice portion to try. It is not salty if you measure carefully. You will get a diffrent taste if instead of chili powder (contains cumin) you do use mild chili like anchio. My favorite for pork ribs.

ОтветитьUsing the measurements he describes, this makes three quarts of dry rub. Three quarts! I rubbed two tenderloins and maybe used 1/4-1/2 of a cup, and I was applying it liberally. This full recipe makes a lot of rub, so you best get to cooking.

ОтветитьI'm going to try this but reducing salt to 1 cup and increasing the Kaylan pepper to 1/2 cup. There's already a lot of salt in the Pork when you get it out of the bag unless its fresh from the butcher.

I’m going to try this. Thanks so much for the recipe. I hate all these spice companies needlessly putting MSG in this spices that way you can experience inflammation or worse when you use them. Perfect example is eating plain pork skins vs spicy sweet or bbq flavor. I almost instantly feel the effect within a couple hours or less.
