Dalmatians were coach guard dogs and needed to be shorter than 24 inches—part of their standard so they could run along under the coach axle. They tend to be a one person guard dog.

We have a dalmatian and they are fast. But a dalmatian got lose in my home town and everyone rung us to say they'd seen a dalmatian doing zoomies all over town as ours slept on the couch.

Lived across the street from a dalmation named Daiquiri. Daiquiri was chased up a tree more than once by my orange cat 😂 That poor dog was such a sweetheart and my cat was an absolute menace.

I've own 4. they 100% are great guard dogs, and scared of the most random things. they dont care for strangers but will defend their owners without question. velcro dogs and tend to be good with other animals. love to be active and have a purpose, pretty easy to train (my opinion) and not super barky. Mind you they shed like crazy.

Did you know there are different breeds of Dalmatians? I knew this lady who use to breed them, they are all whit with spots, but some breeds have few spots,some have more, and patterns. Yes patterns.

I met a dalmatian that was a spawn of satan. It literally would wag its tail and look happy to see you till you tried to pet it then it would dite you so hard it would draw blood and try to take off a limb.

funny story so my neighbor has a dalmatian and me and my brother went over there and not knowing that there dog was outside and this dog will kill if he can so when he saw me he ran at me and bit me hand and even tho i was wearing my coat and my coat was big cus i live in Alaska and that dog tor half of my hand off

There is no such thing as to many dogs

To be fair, in the sequel of 101 dalmations they move to a farm out in the country with their 100 dogs. Although my main beef with them is that they are not sharing the dogs, no one needs that many and you are being selfish by not sharing your dog horde. You had better at least offer tours to see and pet the puppies. You could probably use the money, feeding that many dogs cannot be cheap.
