Ответитьwe need this series back but for the 2016 cubs or the bears!
ОтветитьWith all it's young talent, OKC might be able to repeat the feat of having multiple MVPs on the same team preMVP, with no guarantee they will win a chip.
ОтветитьThe Thunder are the perfect example of why I scoff when people say “they’ll be back” after a young team loses, because that’s complete nonsense in sports. It’s incredibly hard to get back and your first chance really might be your best.
ОтветитьThe rebuild since then has been absolutely incredible. OKC fighting for the top 4 seed in the west while being one of the youngest team in the league. Let’s hope this one gets us a championship
Ответитьharden should have never won an mvp
ОтветитьMan i remember those days, OKC with harden i was a fan, never rooted for any team until that point, and after that Westbrook MVP season i stopped watching NBA.
ОтветитьThunder and their losing culture
ОтветитьPrevideo guess: heat team was really good, and Weatbrook wasnt passing enough and was trying to hero ball, they didnt offer Harden enough, probably would have recieved a better deal trading Westbrook, Ibaka didnt want to play center, and then Durant weakly went to go play with the Warriors because of inside drama...
Lets see how i did
As a Seattlefan this makes me happy. Only thing that could make this better is if Aubrey McClendon decided to take Clay Bennet and their family’s for the ride he decided to play bumper cars into a pillar on..
Hashtag: SPLAT
I still don’t know what the hell went wrong with this team.
ОтветитьPain.
ОтветитьIf they could've kept harden and perhaps even good role players like Jeff Green also key veterans like Derek Fisher the okc thunder would've won a championship. But with the departure of harden they were never quite the same. Typically you need three stars to win a championship.
ОтветитьCould tossing one of those three right after going to the NBA finals possibly be one answer?
Ответитьin an alternate reality, i'd swap russ with kyrie. bron would get proper team mate. and okc would complete its trinity of pathetic divas (kd, harden, kyrie)
Ответитьman franchises leaving must suck. imagine growing up loving Manchester and one day they move to Paris and becomes paris united. disgusting practice
ОтветитьCaws of westbrick
ОтветитьA 55 win 4 seed is kinda nutty.
ОтветитьCan we give Steven Adams his flowers for keeping OKC in the conversation after Harden left? Both Russ & KD's MVPs came from his years there becausue he knew how to screen and help them win all those scoring titles. He's a big reason why they played the Warriors so close in 2016, and why they played the Rockets so close in 2020.
Since then, he's helped Zion and Ja Morant have historic scoring seasons. Dude just gets it!
The curse of Seattle
ОтветитьYou hired too quickly - wanted to know more about you and if you’re yood😮
ОтветитьOKC has the same stench from Seattle.
ОтветитьBecause all of them were selfish egotistical ball hogs. That's why. I love how people are shocked when a team full of "me" players doesn't have chemistry. It gives me the giggles.
ОтветитьEvery time i hear Kevin Durant i realize i confuse him with Kevin Garnet who i only know of due to the film Uncut Gems
ОтветитьNone of them would even have a title except for that b-word Durant went and joined the best team in the NBA. What a joke. They didn't win because all 3 of them are not winners. They are sideshows.
ОтветитьWell put together. That was a lot of work putting this together.
ОтветитьMy bad y’all 😬
ОтветитьWill always the Sonics for me. Jemp and Payton forever
ОтветитьThe officiating in their first finals appearances against the Heat was horrific, especially in Miami, and it significantly favored Miami. I'm not even an OKC fan but it really had me tight. I don't get into conspiracies or anything like that, I just think the refs had some biases rather they even realized it or not.
ОтветитьAs a Sonics fan, the OKC organization got what they deserved. You can't steal a city's franchise like that without karmic consequences, how freakishly unlucky OKC has been since the move seems to validate the claim. IMO OKC won't win a ring until the Sonics are back in the NBA and the scales are leveled.
Ответитьwe from seattle don't claim the thunder as part of our history
ОтветитьMgt fault
ОтветитьHopefully things are different this time around we got sum cooking but we did last time to🤣🤣
ОтветитьOKC downfall was trading Jeff Green for Perkins in 2011, Perks big contract was the reason Presti could not pay James Harden the extra 4Million on his extension in 2012.
ОтветитьCrazy how harden played with Westbrook on the rockets and then kd on the nets I wish they would of linked up again the 3 of them 😢
ОтветитьSonics curse 😂👏👌
Ответитьrespect to the organization for doing right by westbrook, and just to note all 3 of those mvp's have shown they are not good enough to carry a team themselves, durant only got one by joining a 73-9 team, the organization clearly knows how to spot young talent and build accordingly, they're even starting to heat up again with shai and a bunch of kind of nameless players
ОтветитьOKC: “we drafted 3 MVPs”
NBA script: “you’re a small market team”
This is who the grizzlies wants to be
ОтветитьAt least things are looking up right now
ОтветитьThis is a master class in underachieving. 3 mvps in 3 consecutive drafts and 0 chips? Wild.
ОтветитьSomething tells me they're getting back together.
ОтветитьI'm still in disbelief Ibaka hit that clutch 2 against OKC when he was in Orlando 😂
ОтветитьThose guys would’ve Never won a Championship even if they stayed together for all their careers.
Too much crying and egos and not enough time to go around. They can’t win b/c they Don’t match.
They just had the bad luck to run into two of the greatest dynasties ever-Spurs and Warriors.
ОтветитьThat decision to go with ibaka over harden cost the thunder a chance at multiple championships. You can always find another ibaka, finding a harden is much more difficult. Miami was fortunate to catch okc when they were young, but if I were the okc owner, I would’ve paid any luxury tax to keep that team together, because no one was going to beat a team of kd, harden and Westbrook at that time.
ОтветитьThe 1 and only reason they never won, Durant is a bus rider not a bus driver even with all that shooting ability
Ответить
