Some lore when you translate the wingdings

Part 1:
Project Ne10, or Project Neon, due to it's name since Neon is the only aknowledged element from that mysterious stone from the space. Seems like it has a strong energy from the screaming glowing ores stuck in it. The exact power of the ore remains unknown, but is strong enough to implode an innocent who tries to master it. Extracted, the ore seems to have strange attributes, by stimulating it, it goes into rainbowish colors and create warmholes that distords time and space. And each hole is connected to an other. With a small range of power we can create a new way of transportation, it's literally teleporting at this point. Sculpting it to make it look like a chaos emerald, and we got a new way to trap Sonic and his friends! Muhahaha! The Project's goal is to try mastering a certain amount of power and being able to use it. And my subjects are perfect for experimentation!

Part 2:
UPDATE : One of the experiments has gone wrong, well the transformation was a success but one of our subjects (Subject 21) has escaped with his new form, Since this subject remained a prototype, his power is very unstable and impossible to remote control. Our primary plan : STOP Subject 21, and for that, I choosed subject 12 to track him to death, he has a more developped version of his "Neon Form" (I think that's how I will call it) and remains the only one who is aware of the project. Should I trust him? Well, Subject 12 is not aware that Neon Beta is easier to remote control, so if something goes wrong with him, I can still stop him at some point. In contrary to the user of Neon Alpha, who has no implement on him and can not be controlled, but can still be located! Subject 21's goal remains unknown, but sure is, except revenge against his creator, his artificial conciousness won't go very deep, except if he allies with Sonic, But not sure his inability to communicate will help him.
