Oblivion: How to Get the Umbra Sword at Level 1 Using Skooma

Here's a simple trick you can use to get the Umbra sword at level 1 with the help of just a few phials of skooma. I'm pretty sure many have already come up with it by this point. But still, I decided to record my own walkthrough.
