People need to stop complaining about working conditions at mappa. Yes, the evidence you have provided may very well show underpaid workers and bad conditions but at the end of the day, the animators choose to work there, no one forces them to stay.

Mappa is one of the worst animation studios due to this reason, im not saying that its animations are bad but just how they are treating the animators is bad itself,to be honest ufotable is better anyway

I have no problem with waiting longer for a season to release. The work they do is absolutely stunning but it would be better if they take longer but with less problems.

MAPPA is just basically SHAFT 2.0. Both studioes overwork their animators so hard that the animators even leave
