Hi Sir, I am from Sri Lanka. I have model gxt-dongle-3188 TV stick. Manufacture- rockchip. Android.4.2.2. I tried flash firmware but device now death. Can you help me resolve this problem. If possible give me a correct firmware site for my unit. Thanks.

I hope someone here can point an old man (66 & running out of time) toward the firmware for the TV box below. When I search for a 2017 SXQ-4K….. The choices returned are changed from SXQ to MXQ. I had it a year or two, and I would watch it once in a while, and it worked well, but I kept reading to enjoy your box at its best, It should be factory reset once in a while. I remember resetting it and I think I erased something. No mater what command I try (reboot, etc.) it comes up that something didn’t start or something. (I can set it up and check the message). this process is only for amlogic cpu . tv box and not rockship . cause there is 2 type of cpu in mxq pro . amlogic and rockship cpu
