Why should the workers not be informed about this complex system.
I think it is for this that then the workers will think that I don't need to work so much and become dependent on another worker. And if they know that they work individually then they will work with their full concentration and independently thinking that they have to do the work.

To be specific, What is Distributed OS (As Above), Why?, How the processes are distributed across nodes?, Controller or Manager for cluster?, How is the database stored (Distributed Data Bases)? Communication between Processes (IPC Mechanisms)? etc
