GSTR 9C Part II - How to Generate & Sign JSON File

Mam I have a problem, when i click on "Generate json file to upload gstr-9c details on GSTR portal" after open the internet explorer tab, when I click on "Initiate Signing" button.But not ready to sign ?
PLZ HELP AND SOLUTION

mam i have a problem, when i click on "Generate json file to upload gstr-9c details on GSTR portal" after open the internet explorer tab, when I click on "Initiate Signing" button then a popup window opened as "please check the server connection" instead of "ready to sign" as per your video. The pop up file in explorer blocked and I cannot find the unblock button anywhere in screen.

In my case showing error occurred.. but generate error report option can't show...
What can I do in case...
I'll try to download from download option.. but this file can't open in gstr offline utility...

If the problem persists kindly contact support"

Mam when i click on generate JSON file to upload GSTR-9C details in GST portal and want to save on the folder where the wsweb is then there is message that (make sure the path or internet address is correct) is come.

What can i do mam
