BEST Rust Settings for PVP and FPS 2024 (FPS Boost & Low Input)

What PC specs and fps do you have?😦

i dont have a hdd :(

So for the first minute or so I have 60fps when first waking up and then all of a sudden I drop to 20-30 fps for the rest of gameplay until I shut off my computer and restart. Then it repeats.

im playing on 4090 24 GB and ryzen 9 have no fps issues since im getting 200+ fps on max settings in full servers but i am more interesting in the pvp settings especially the stretch res after playing cs for over 10 years being used to play on stretch res.

I used to play hella rust got few k hours i have come back and f me in the ass was my shhhht messed up i was only pulling low 10 fps high 130 fps i was un able to hold a stable fps i had major issues game was unplayable i have yet to test out in pvp but so far in pulling 120 fps stable i did do other things that arw not in this video that im sure has help but over all the changesbi did make definitely gave me an improvement in fps overall, i would recommend using unknown over potato, unknown is the old potato and this potato in the old low

Yes, I agree with everyone... this worked amazingly well. My computer, Brand new I was getting 100 - 120 FPS, then after 2 years I could not get it past 60. My game play was seriously effected and not enjoyable. I followed this basically step by step and now my game is running at 120-130 again. THANK YOU!!! I can enjoy rust again!!!

This absolutely sucks f$&king ruined my computer been trouble shooting and working to fix my game for 4 hrs, not at all helpful and for anyone else trying to take a risk on this just change graphics in game all content creators and ppl who no life game mainly use in game graphics only

You need to change RustClient.exe not Rust.exe 🍭

when i use low graphics i get 90 fps and when i use high graphics i still get 90 wtf??

4. windows debloater
5. disable transparency
6. windows adjust the appearance and performance of windows, remove animations etc..
7. github defender control to disable windows defender background process
8. set windows power plan to highest performance
9. lower your resolution
10. do the steps on this video

optimizations when updating on windows:

3. disable windows defender with "defender control - github"

with 60-75 fps with potato settings but somehow when i try ultra settings I get around 100 to 110 fps and it's crazy

thank you my bios crashed and my pc got bricked and i changed the mother board

+ when i restarted my pc bios came up and it turned off whikle updating then its never working

i had already good settnings but with this i have even better now. maybe not a huge difference but i went from 65 fps to 75 -80 fps

dam im not kidding when i say rust wont even get past the loading screen for me now.... getting 1fps and been trying to login for at least 10 minutes

I dont know why but these changes made my game unplayable, I got such intense stutters now :(

To Avoid Crashes do not put Rust to -high ... rust will take a ton of resources from your pc in awhile it will be overloaded that the windows itself will be forced to make the game Crash because Rust took all the resources from a functioning system
