ОтветитьThose are the exercises I do every day for lumbar spine proplapses and hip bursitis. I love them. But I don´t get relief, just for a short time. Do you think I have a serious injury? I commented on the other video that I got an intervention, but 3 days after I´m the same as before! What can I do?
ОтветитьI do this every night and it has really helped me so far. The only downside is the loud music after the practice, I always have to grab my phone immediately to lower the volume or else I'd wake my parents up. Haha Nevertheless, wonderful practice. Thanks!

ОтветитьThank you so much for these exercises~ :) I have sciatica, plus arthritis in so many places now in my 60's. I used to be able to do alot of hiking~ 6-8 miles in a day, now I am lucky to be doing 1 1/2 mile hikes due to arthritis in my feet as well. The sciatic has been causing pain for about 2 years now, so thankfully I have found your you tube video and will do this daily.

ОтветитьAt first i didn't think a few exercise would help improve some of the pain I was having decided to give it a go and to my surprise it definitely made a difference in just the one time (i will continue all the time now) i tried it i felt the tension releasing thank you!!!
ОтветитьMany thanks for this video Jessica. I have sciatica pain, and will do this video every day till it goes. I definitely couldn't do the side stretch to the painful side, so I skipped it. The rest was pleasant to do.
