My 2c as unorthodox player on Russian server:
--- Apocalypse set, 5% constant damage for ENTIRE party, since we may crit 90% of the time, its so good. Dagger is obtainable now from Manycoins bank heist. Very good for burst damage, unlike Star set. VERY unpopular.
--- Vistani set, 5% almost constant damage (Depends on ur build and cooldowns on ur AOE powers, as Warlock with Parting Blasphemy build i have no problem with it) for ENTIRE party. Many people may give u Tarokka cards for free just because they dont use them at all (I beleive so, personally i grind Tarokka deck alone just for 1 purpose - pres. ward farm). VERY unpopular.
--- Tome of Ascendance, my god, this artifact is GODLIKE since there is 1 trick (Well, 2 actually, not 1) to gain ALL buffs as 1 player. Not good vs bosses (Just 10% damage mitigation, -15% damage resistance for bosses and only 2% potential damage buff), but for AOE... Amazing! VERY-VERY-VERY unpopular, thus tanks dont even understand when im trying to tell them to pickup purple buff for debuffing the boss. People are so stupid nowadays, but nvm.
P.S. Wheel of elements when doing this trick is a better option for single target, but only for 1 person, not for entire party as i said, cuz only 1 player may get all buffs.
--- Tymora lucky coin - could be very decent, but its only 15% damage buff for YOU, not allies. Still, kinda good. Sigil of the nine is also a debuffing artifact, decent damage + 3%, not much, but still, seems like im wering this artifatc alone from entire server, lol. Could be an option.
There are also some more artifacts for debuffing and self-buffing like Charm of the Serpent, Thirst, Token of chromatic storm and many others, its all about the laziness of people which do not understand that such artifacts may shine pretty well if combined with other artifacts, but well... Since people are in pursuit of BIS-stuff, such gear sets and even single artifacts are abandoned and even hard to obtain sometimes (Like Apocalypse set, since NO people at least on RU server are doing this skirmish).

The last time I saw them selling the pages in the wonderous bazaars. What are they for? Will journals work without them?
