install rocket chat server on ubuntu 20.04

i would suggest for anyone using this isntall to make sure how to update mongodb as well . the install will become useless after mongo becoming MongoDB Deprecated and will stop working. only use if you are doing it on a lab computer other wise you'll end up with a dead App you can't use.
