ОтветитьMan so many people here are coping worth the fact that you had gotten results from this. Obviously it seems you have gotten some newbie gains from it but regardless this stuff works. Calves are meant to be trained every day because they can handle a lot more load than just a few sets of toe presses from daily walking, biking, running in the sand, going on rough hikes, etc. And how is it fake when the tape measures bigger than before? Edited footage my ass haha.
