What level are you?And what should concentrate on to get 1 shot grapple?And was this build hard to make?And what armor sets are you using?

I'm getting so mad that i cant make a build like this work. Ive got all the right equipment (all +30), skills, soul cores etc but im not even doing 15 percent of their health bar with a grapple even as a shiftling. Its honestly easier just to fight them fairly.
