1. Get plenty of natural light.
2. Limit your naps in daytime
3. Try progressive muscle relaxation
4. Ideal room temperature (24to26 dgree celcius)
5. Make sure your bed is comfortable.
6. Avoid heavy meals before sleeping.
7. Dark environment during sleep.
8. Practice yoga.
9. Limit caffeine intake.
