Hello mam. I just started watching your video. I am person working in novht shift for the past 10 years. Sleeping in my biggest problem. Recently i stared workuts, baisc yoga and modifications in food. I lost 10 kg of weight in 8 months. I feel netter now. But sleeping is still very poor. Need your help. Please let me know if there is any program that i can attend.

Some notes for those who want it..

1. Get plenty of natural light.
2. Limit your naps in daytime
3. Try progressive muscle relaxation
4. Ideal room temperature (24to26 dgree celcius)
5. Make sure your bed is comfortable.
6. Avoid heavy meals before sleeping.
7. Dark environment during sleep.
8. Practice yoga.
9. Limit caffeine intake.
