1. some of the excercises shown are fucknig terrible and the trainer shows the two how to do others with the wrong technique
2. He essentially makes them do keto for a month and a half, limiting sodium so that they also shed the water weight they have, making the transformation look more impressive than it actually is
3. They probably regained the weight back because of the extremely limiting change in eating habits, which is not sustainable over a long period of time
The Asian guy wanting a superhero role model must be the biggest Shang chi fan now

ОтветитьI thought it takes months of weight training to have visible muscle growth. Is the muscle growth in this video exaggerated in terms of the time it took? I suspect it took at least 3 months of training. Feel free to tell me why my suspicion is ill founded.

Supplement with melatonin for better sleep
Noticeable progress in 5 weeks.
My judgment: Watch the whole video and consider doing this. If you did this for 5 weeks, it would be a perfect launch for a long-term routine (even one that's not 5 days/WK!)
