Love your channel Dan. 🙌
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьDoes this apply to game VFX as well? I am only interested in real time VFX.
ОтветитьI also learned tracking in boujou..... I remember that awful software.
ОтветитьThis is an incredibly powerful lesson. I would like to see something like this in the future. Do you have patreon? Or can you recommend some VFX tutorials?
ОтветитьSo Houdini artists are more wanted then artists who know 3ds max out and in with simulations and modelling?
ОтветитьMann this is so so much inspiring and one thing ill not forget 'never miss a f* deadline'
ОтветитьAnd many in the industry wonder how to get out :)
Ответитьthis shit is a fucking treasure. stumbled on this today, and this has been a huge help. please never stop makin vids
ОтветитьDamn this is rather informative and inspired, "Prepare yourself", thank u so much
Ответитьdo you work at mpc
ОтветитьDo you have to get good in studies to crack the VFX industry??? Please help cuz I'm very bad at studies!
Ответить👍
ОтветитьBlender does camera tracking too, but then it's not industry standard...
Ответитьgood points well made!
ОтветитьZ brush is not a modelling software
ОтветитьI felt like i needed to hear those words at the end of the video hahaha
ОтветитьU deserve way more subs! VFX producer checked in here 🙋🏻♀️! ... 👍🏻
ОтветитьSo I suck at math... Is this a good career for me?
Ответитьfrom my experience as a compositor and roto/paint artist , Nuke and mocha(2d tracking) is the best tool.
Ответитьgreat video.... kudos man... but on the software side you forgot Mari for texturing, dumb AF compared to Substance but ultimately much more in-depth than Substance is or will be... i doubt that GoT dragons were textured in substance painter.:-))) And for tracking you forgot the real standard and that is 3D equalizer.... otherwise great video...
ОтветитьIve heard mari is the standard in the industry... Hmmm...am i wrong??
ОтветитьAbt houdini section is helirious!
Ответитьblender???????
Ответить3d equalizer industrial standard of 3d tracking.
ОтветитьThank you for the advice. I've been lookng for something ths specfic for a while. Love the shirt too btw. Also I like your humor, I have the attention span of a potato, it keeps me focused on the talk.
Quick question, Does Cinema 4d have no place within the VFX community/industry?
Great advice! Where do you work?
ОтветитьAwesome video! Thank you for the clarity
ОтветитьYou explain great
Ответитьsyntheyes is amazing.
Ответитьdude you are awesome really. Respect! :)
ОтветитьBrother talk about the how to start vfx company
ОтветитьI appreciate u
ОтветитьPhotoshop 1st, Maya 2nd or Blender... then Zbrush as it's GUI is unique to itself. Nuke isn't student friendly so unless you have a free license for it go AfterFX.
ОтветитьThank u so much for the advice. I come from engineering field and been learning HOUDINI for few months and trying hard to master this software. I got no degree in animation so I am not sure I will get a Job now as FX artist.
ОтветитьHigh level of information here. Man, just make more 3ds max tutorials. Please.
ОтветитьWhat about paint and prep though?
Ответитьthanks for the information sir !
ОтветитьLove your tutorial, colleges in our country don’t really teach stuff about the vfx industry which really helps me a lot.
ОтветитьAs a generalist myself i got to say you earned my repsect! Subs might be low now but dude..you will be in the trends soon.Just like i found this channel today so will many others do. Just respect!
Ответить"Prepare yourself!" in mortal kombat voice
Ответитьsuch high quality stuff but only 4k subs? dude people been missing out
Ответитьwho is this guy? Amazing guru!
ОтветитьIt sucks because I’m almost done with college and I didn’t know what I wanted to do until a couple months ago.. so I’m a self learner and I’m learning until I make it
Ответить18.30 Brilliant! Thank you so much...
