10 Ways to Take Better Care of Your Hair

I honestly need help, I have no idea what I need to use for my hair type. I ave such a weird hairtype, its wavy at the bottom but a bit flat on top, its super frizzy but noting helps to get rid of the frizz, my whole hair is dry but on top it SOMETIMES but not always gets a bit oily. Also when i was 6 i used to have curly hair like full on curls but they somehow disappeared? Please i need help, and if nobody here can help me, where can i get help?

Hi Chris! I am following your trinity program & product list. I love your clips. Can you recommend how to deal with the colour change when you're growing out damaged blonde? It's not a great look with dark regrowths, but no longer want blonde damage. Do you match up your remaining hair to colour with roots or just put up with the colour difference until it grows out?

and the super loose braid is ok for sleeping? I have slightly wavy hair, fine I guess, although the waves are only visible after washing. My hair is thin and fine, although I have a lot of it and it is long, reaching halfway down my back. Also, I work in a hospital so I have to have my hair tied up, preferably in a bun. I have these big scrunchies. Although, due to the volume and length of my hair, it is sometimes difficult for me. Sometimes I see that the ends don't look good at the end of the day. How can I tie my hair so that it is healthy and does not damage the ends?
I bought shampoo and conditioner. Way much better. I can't wait to buy oils etc. Thank you

Hi, I was wondering if you had advice re hair that's had Hair Colour Remover on. I've removed a dark brown and it's lifted to a medium brown but with a very orangey look and it seems very dry. I am using a leave in conditioner and hair oil which is helping with the overall condition but what can I do to tone out the orange without damaging my hair further??? Thanks in advance xx

If I blow dry and then style with additional heat, do I need to use the blow dry cream and then use the thermal heat protectant in addition to that? Or can I just start with the thermal heat protectant and use it through the blow dry and style?

I’ve been following your tips but still using the products that I still have (all Japanese brands) since I hate wasting products and I must say that they made a huge difference!
