PHP Blog website from scratch | Responsive + Source code | Quick programming tutorial

Hello, great tutorials. For the past 3-4 months I have been dedicated to learning PHP. After passing a certain level in PHP I have trouble choosing the next thing or concept in PHP that I should learn. For example. if I learn MVC, what should I learn after that to eventually result in some good PHP knowledge and education? I would appreciate it if you could write me some kind of "roadmap" on how you learned php, which concepts you adopted and in what order?

Hello, i downloaded the source code and i installed it in xampp. Here is the problem. How can i fix this? Any help would be appriciated. Thank you.
