the funny thihg is the people who overwork themselve have less archivment than the people who work 8 hours straight hyperfocused like me.
I dont know what you are all thinking that you can archieve more in less time becauce you are working all the time.
I am german btw. and yea we do things that consider work after work but we call it hobby soo. Yes

the biggest reason i get burnout all the time is bc i always see these other ppl who are only working like david gogins or sum like that and it keeps me working. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME.

Can't believe it's 5 years and even now this is as clear as day that am suffering from overworking. It's basically like a Bible on all the things life throws at you. This now got motivation to enjoy myself that in short. We humans are not people who work 24/7. We need to enjoy ourselves. Thanks Jaiden for the informative hilarious video on a serious topic 👍

I came into college already burned out but was pressured by my family to go. I overworked myself in high school to the point that I got anxiety just seeing a textbook and cared very little I was failing my classes. Recently I burned myself out working as an EMT and decided to take time because my anger issues were getting to a point that I was not able to do my job properly. I’m about to start a new career as a registered nurse and though I know it can burn me out again, this time, my focus is on self care and setting strong boundaries. Not proud of going through those dark times but at the same time I learned a lot about myself.

5 years later and now I understand
