PuTTY Network Error | Connection Refused Problem | (Resolved)

Please help me I am unable to go terminal in vm where

I have a cloud ubuntu server which I can only access by login to that ip and password. So in that case how can I solve this network error issue?

I have installed the ssh but still it is showing service status as inactive

and as always, you find random Indian person to know exact solution for my issue :D and edited pretty good too. Though as somebody pointed out, it would be good turn music's volume down a bit

SSH status is active still showing same error , tried changing port also then allowing firewall to allow for that port. still not able to solve connection failed error. any other resolution?
