Greediest NFT Game Ever? - Big Time Review & Gameplay

Can crypto games be fun or does NFT still stand for "Not a Fun Time?"

Let's find out by taking a look at one of the crypto-bro favorite games: Big Time!

So far this game has raised over $80,000,000 (that we know of) and they're showing no signs of stopping. So what does an $80,000,000 "AAA" crypto game look like and is it any fun for someone who doesn't care about crypto at all?

Keep in mind, this is a leading Web 3 game and also "the first game ever to shift away from traditional pay to win models." Hah.

In this video I take a look at the gameplay, try out all of the characters, and try to figure out how this game's economy works (spoiler: it's ridiculously complicated nonsense just like all crypto/NFT games.)

One surprising thing though: the game was actually ~kind of fun at times! I know. I know. Embarrassing. But true!

They COULD make a fun game if that was all they focused on. But they won't because of the inherent problem I believe is at the heart of all crypto games.
