Hello bro. Payoneer card creaters (from facebook) created my Payoneer account from envato and is verified. Everything is fine and I used it about 2 months but now its block. When i asked in Payoneer live chat about this.. then they told me that it cannot be unblock..
Bro help me out of that how to unblock it or if i want to order a new card then my card is already block so how can i receive 100$ to order a new card.

hey, please anybody tell me? i had ordered a payoneer acc in which have all of my amount. but that card not received then i reorder that card again. so that i can receive the payment. but the payment card is not received but the other one i got. i activated that as i listen when you reorder your card then you will receive it and when you activated it then payment is automatically transfer on your activated card but still my payment is not transfer on new card. Please help me so that i can transfer the money from unactivated card to activated card
