Thank you so much for making this informative video, I have been able to do migration myself. However facing some issues. After the migration all emails are coming to Outlook, and mails are going out too. But it is not coming in Workspace, I guess some issue in DNS records. Can you help me in resolving this.

I am not able to find Project Creator but it shows that I am the owner, project creator is not needed in the case?

My alias domains will not verify even after adding the txt record. The primary domain is already verified and I used the same naming conventions used here.

Thanks for this detailed video. Microsoft has one similar to this one but yours has more details for the prerequisits which is a big help. BTW, I see that some people ran into problems and are asking for help. Instead, they should be grateful and continue to do their own research :-) Just saying...

how to change the mx records ?

The issue arose because the migration process treated labels as folders, which resulted in item duplication. To address this, we decided to utilize the BitTitan tool, specifically designed to convert labels into folders. This tool also followed the same API procedures employed in the migration. Now, my question is: Does the procedure you demonstrated effectively address and resolve the issue of duplicate items?
