Well actually you need to combine this with the williams (or wisemen) fractal and alligator. All three were intended to be used together. Furthermore the indicator that fires off the fractal was only suppose to be traded if the ‘alligator’ lines were flat for an extended period of time. The purpose for delaying the buy in point was to avoid the large percentage of false breakouts that occur. When stocks enter a trend they dont go straight up but rather they stair step their move. The fractal will not indicate a trigger until the first pull back thereby avoiding many false breakouts/breakdowns.
