ОтветитьI wonder if you could pressure steam this in the Instant Pot. Certainly, I guess, but you wouldn't get the nice golden top. Sprinkle matcha powder on top when done? It's wandering towards a Starbucks egg bite in any case. Just a little flour and sugar instead of ham, and yogurt instead of cottage cheese. Heck, cottage cheese tastes way better than yogurt. Try that instead. And rice flour instead of wheat for the gluten intolerant.

1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp sugar
In a bowl add the yogurt and vanilla extract. Gradually add the sugar while mixing.
