8 years later and I'm trying this out. It works to a degree, but the signals go through the mana detectors so fast that the hopper only registers one redstone tick when there should be three. So it drops one of each ingredient instead. Not sure how to get a delay going.

This will be very useful for my storage (aka putting block instead of ingot in chest) thx

This is SO helpful. I wanted to make an automated version for cells and this helped me understand the concept of force relays! Thank you so much!

I followed this build pretty closely (with the harvestcraft recipe), and while I'm able to get a cake by firing a blaster at each of the detectors in sequence, the burst doesn't seem to do it - the ingredients drop uncrafted instead. My suspicion is that the hopper is too slow and the items arrive at the crate out of order.

Any way to change that? I'm thinking of slowing the burst down, but I don't know if that would help.

Update: Raising the problematic relays by a meter or two helped add the necessary delay. This seems to specifically be required after the same dropper has been activated multiple times consecutively, to give the hopper time to transfer all items. In this case, the third relay on the milk must be raised.

Warp Lens + Force Relay seems to be this mod's best kept secret. I see it used so frequently.

Really concise and simple to understand! I'm sure there are endless ways to put this together, but I thought of a way you could save the 4 bottom hoppers by just turning the dispensers inward onto a single hopper. Would that work?

Jen why not using a Messenger lens instead? we just need the signal, not any of the power.

Mine is jamming up a lot because randomly one item won't come out. Moving the detectors further apart doesn't make any difference either. I'm still yet to figure out what's going on because there isn't anything particular about the items, but it's like the mana burst bypasses the detector randomly and I'm not sure what I can do about that.

I'm doing this on a server, too... so maybe that's part of the problem. :(

I like how you started to explain a little more of what each component does instead of just showing where to place them down (and still managed to keep it simple). Looking forward to more videos in this style
