i have the same problem. i normally just do a restart. sometimes it'd stay connected longer, sometimes not. still looking for other solutions.

Reset your Network settings. Your device will restart. After the restart, it worked again.

I tried everything, nothing helped. Afterwards I freaked out and deleted Windscribe and Radmin Vpn and the Internet appeared) I don't know how it happened, maybe they were in conflict with each other

For everyone here I am seeing the same issue after seeing this video too... To resolve this problem just follow my steps...
Go to settings> search VPN> go to VPN settings> advanced settings> Turn off allow VPN over metered networks
and it's done👍👍

resetting network settings helped me just go to settings < network< advanced network settings< network settings, This fix worked for me after many months.

Windows 10/11 option, try to uncheck "Use default gateway from remote network" (from advanced options VPN: TCP IPv4 & TCP IPv6 properties, where obtain IPv4/v6 address automatically)
