My grandpa had this in his middle finger. Never got around to asking him when it happened I just know started as a jam from hell. He said they could fix it with surgery but he just didn't care because he could still hold things and make a fist.

I think I had this after I hit puberty. I don't know what could have caused it though.

Had the surgery on both hands. On right Dr kept tourniquet on to long and messed shoulder nerve up. It's back with a vengeance.
