Not A reference but a little easter egg, during the ghost team mission after you blow up the radio tower you can find in the building that got crushed by it a man in civilian clothes holding a drawing made by what looks to be a kid, whoever you cant see their face because he is crushed by a brick

The "Revolver Tricks" is a reference and homage to Revolver Ocelot in the Metal gear Solid Series.

In Recon By Fire, as Gaz clears the buildings via the skylights, he will say lines such as "Sky's falling, f****er." One of these lines is "Death from above." Which is a mission in MW2022 campaign and in COD4 campaign(both were plane missions as well).

I like MW2 2022 campaign but i really wish we got the total chaos that the old MW2 was. Like Washington DC being under siege, the burger town mission, etc

I don’t think anyone mentioned it but in multiplayer if you try to shoot a player who is playing as price there’s a line where he says “how’d a muppets like you pass selection?”

Probably a lot of this isn't easter eggs just lazy game design. We've all seen the videos with Disney reusing animations. A lot like that.

I think the the mission Dark Water is also a reference to the very first mission from Call of Duty 4

In this mission Price says "Hi", this is a reference to another CoD where Price also said "Hi"
