This is one of the spectacular pictures that we wanted to see at the cinema. First of all because the history and the story was intriguing< second because before we could enjoy a great spectacular movie that lasted for long time sitting in a chair of the cinema. When I saw it first time I was a child. But I can't say that this picture is the best of the historical series we were used to watch.

one of the best roman battle scenes all extras no computer graphics and the arms and weapons very accurate

I can’t wait till they make the documentary “The Rise And Fall Of Donald J. Trump”.

I just finished watching Ben Hur I was completely astounded by it am giving this movie a watch

Looks like the ideas for The Gladiator & Ben Hur movies were copied from this movie.

Stephen Boyd died in 1977 at the age of 45…too soon.

And it is happening right now! Our "wonderful civilisation" is dying within because of people's stupidity and greed. We never learn any lesson.

A powerful empire destroyed not from outside but from within. The remaining empire still existing now will follow suit. So it will come, so it will be written as history.
