I remember playing Alien Hominid on the Gamecube with my cousins. I loved the cartoony art style and expressive animations. Definitely one of my favorite games during my childhood. Wish it was on Steam so I can relive that magic.

I never played Picos School, but I can understand its success. The game was quirky and over the top. It wasn't afraid of being unique. We need more content/media like that in the world.

This is a great video but man, a missed opportunity to talk about Newgrounds Rumble. Seeing Super Smash Flash 1 right next to Pico, Alien Hominid, Madness, Meat Boy, Issac, and FNF is so weird because Newgrounds Rumble makes sense to talk about right next to these characters since Newgrounds Rumble is...well..A NEWGROUNDS GAME. Not just a Newgrounds game but also a Newgrounds crossover game. Heck, it's not like the game is obscure, the game has over 10 million views and is right next to Super Smash Flash 1 in the game section so I don't know why you guys skipped Newgrounds Rumble for. Even a shout-out would've been nice for people who haven't checked out Newgrounds Rumble.

If I was born in 1988:in the year 2001 if I'm twelve years old, I would make a game called mid fight masses that would be so popular, it would have more than 2 or 3 sequels & would even have a theatrical release movie in theaters.

But it's to late for that now because I was born 2 3 4 or 5 decades way to late & the mid fight masses idea was already taken for a fnf mod.

Banning magic cards and Legend Of Zelda is dumb because those things aren't connected to the devil. Removing things that are Satanic from your home, though, is obviously what you're going to do if you're Christian. The Binding of Isaac segment doesn't just have "resentment toward nonsensical Christians" vibes but "resentment toward Christians" vibes.

I recall that new grounds had that legend of Zelda inspired animation video that could be described as breath of the wild idea b4 breath of the wild even was a concept

Newgrounds is such a strange and interesting part of internet history. I found adult animation (Zone-Tan) and flash visual novels through it (made me a degenerate). I found unique and weird flash shorts through it (specifically remember captain capitalism and a girl that tried many different ways to kill herself) but overall, I just found a vibe that legitimately doesn’t exist anywhere else on the internet. It was and probably still is one of the strangest and most unique places you can just burn hours in.
