I run a real digital ads agency, not some "SMMA" get-rich-quick scheme. I have also been in the weeds of Facebook Ads for 11 years now. This Tyler guy I can tell has never run an ads campaign and isn't even phrasing things properly when it comes to Facebook ad accounts/Business Manager. He is paraphrasing from someone else, which is why there's so many gaps in his knowledge.
